Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and evaluate communications and engagement strategies that effectively engage our complex audiences and directly contribute to the successful rollout of our programmes.
Foster strong working relationships with senior officials, developing solutions, and working on complex issues to provide them with communications and engagement advice and support to help them meet their business objectives.
Take responsibility for supporting evaluation and reporting of communications and engagement activities to ensure we meet the required outcomes.

Additional Information

The Stakeholder Engagement Manager will be responsible for planning engagement strategies to manage the multitude of Defence stakeholders, including those in other government departments, Westminster, industry, and the wider Defence Diaspora. The individual must be able to work independently to map out the stakeholders and analyse the best way to use them to deliver Defence messaging. Experience in Defence and Stakeholder Engagement is essential.
