Summary
To support and line manage the AACC Operational Admin Team through delivery of efficient and effective administrative and data management processes and procedures, ensuring processes to deliver personalised care are embedded across the health community Where required, work very closely with the local authority teams to ensure continuity between services Accurately inputting into, monitoring and reporting from a range of computerised systems, regularly validating data to ensure accuracy Generate accurate data to enable local regional and national reporting to be undertaken Undertake quality audits, ensuring the correct documentation has been completed correctly for each active case before progression to sign off Coordinate local sign off panels Use effective management skills to ensure that the implementing package of care is planned, any adjustment to plans escalated to the locality manager as required and developing and updating relevant documentation Provide support to other members of the team as part of organisational development Deal with and resolve complex non-clinical individual, provider and invoice queries in an efficient and timely manner Work within established policies, procedures, protocols and systems to ensure confidentiality of information, quality standards and performance Ensure effective and timely collation and preparation of relevant documentation in support of service delivery Undertake all Operational Admin processes including setting up of appropriate care packages and booking of assessments Daily oversight of trackers to ensure KPIs are met Ensure that all written and verbal complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, resolving where possible and escalating when appropriate Organising meetings and larger events as required Oversee and implement a training structure for all staff Ensure compliance with all statutory and mandatory training Maintain an electronic database for tracking, monitoring and reporting on the active caseload, and that the service can be effectively reported Work closely with colleagues across AACC and the ICBs to ensure a joined-up approach to improving services is in place Establish and maintain close working relationships with AACC team, ICBs, providers and other stakeholders To work with regard to the ICBs policies and procedures at all times
