Summary
To ensure the confidential nature of work is always maintained. To have a regular appraisal and a personal development plan. To attend a fire lecture once a year. To appropriately report and record accidents/incidents and comply with Health and Safety regulations. Have flexibility to provide cover for absence and receptionist duties. Liaise with other Clinical Team members, GPs, Social Services, Voluntary Agencies, the Care Group, other Trust departments and general hospitals.
