Main Duties
-Have full understanding of site policies, who authorises access to different areas, site parking (long and short stay visitor's car parks) and when to give pin numbers.
-To support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all Site Support activities are carried out effectively.
-To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively
-Confidently know what ID is accepted to gain access to site.
-Be confident on how to use the computer systems; Resource Scheduler, Sateon, Sysis and Remedy. (experience preferred but not necessary).
-Understand the difference between each computer system and how information is transferred.
-Assist with customer queries and requirements
-Respond to queries, in person, over the phone or via email in accordance of the SRD.
-Accurately provide stats to Line Manager.
-Be able to provide tannoy announcements site wide.
-Assist with the preparation of site visits and events.
-You will work closely with personnel to ensure safe and efficient access to site.
-Assist non-Mitie staff with the distribution of various things, including, but not limited to, keys, codes and forms.
-Have the ability and knowledge to create access passes for individuals.
-Understand the Site Operating Procedure aligning with Mitie policies and security protocols.
-Have the ability to direct people round site by having site knowledge and be willing to gain site knowledge throughout employment.
What we are looking for
-An understanding of Microsoft and computer systems.
-Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail).
-Clear understanding of Health & Safety practices.
-Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships.
-Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to all Site Support related tasks.
-Clear, strong and confident communication skills.
