Summary
Full Time Pharmacy Assistant required to work in a busy pharmacy in Leigh on Sea.
The job will entail working in the dispensary as dispensing assistant, making up prescriptions, stock control and management, dealing with patients face to face and over the telephone in answering general queries, date checking, stock shelving and keeping the place tidy and clutter free.
Previous experience in retail pharmacy is preferred, however training will be given to a suitable candidate.
The candidate must be active, physically fit and has the ability to learn quickly, as continuous education and training is essential and will be given during the course of their employment. A suitable candidate will have the opportunity to qualify as a Pharmacy Technician with their dedication and training provided.
They will require to work 40 hour a week, 9.30am to 6.30pm with one hour lunch. There will also be Half day Saturday on rota basis.
