Summary
MAIN DUTIES: Ø Open and sort paper mail to scan and assign via Docman Ø Process and assign electronic mail. Ø Manage and organise Surgery in Primary Care (minor operations) clinics in collaboration with SIPC team. This includes emailing and contacting patients to co-ordinate their appointments. Ø Patient registrations Ø Preparing and downloading BP & heart monitor information and reports Ø Other admin duties as the need arises
