Collective site agreement (CESA), PAYE hourly rates:
Basic £19.28
OT1 £28.92
OT2 £38.56
Bonus £1.93
After completion of training rates increase to
Basic £21.09
OT1 £31.64
OT2 £42.18
Bonus £2.11
Other benefits
Plus £50.65 a night accommodation allowance and periodic travel time/rail fares where applicable.
22 days holiday and bank holidays (8 days)
