We are currently recruiting for a Digital Communications Graduate. This is
a new opportunity to join Valleys to Coast, a housing association at the heart of south Wales, bringing your skills in digital communications to help the organisation connect with its colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
The overall purpose of the programme is to nurture talented individuals, providing them with a holistic understanding of the housing sector and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our organisation, specifically in the area of communications and digital marketing. Over the course of two years, successful candidates will undergo training, gain hands-on experience, and have the chance to achieve professional qualifications, such as ILM Level 3, and other role-specific certifications.
We are looking for someone who has achieved a minimum of a 2.1 in their degree subject in the past 2 years. You will be skilled in the creation of a variety of creative assets, possess excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation with a professional and courteous attitude. Ideally you will have experience of working in a creative or marketing role and of creating creative content that is engaging and reaches target audiences.
