The Best Connection Mansfield are recruiting for the QC department, for our client Schoolblazer on Castlewood Business Park, Sutton in Ashfield!!
Responsibilities of the Quality Control operative: Ensuring that all products are quality checked and to the required standard Able to point out and notice any faults or defects with the product Good attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills Ability to work to target General housekeeping Working hours: 0800 - 1700 - Monday to Friday - however a possibility Pay rates: £7.49 p/h (16-17 year olds) £10.18 p/h (18-20 year olds) £11.44 p/h (21 years old & over) Overtime is paid at time and a third after standard weekly hours (40 hours p/w) Benefits of the role: Working in a brand new warehouse, with various public transport links available! Onsite vending machines / canteen facilities OVERTIME available throughout the summer months - paid at time and a third 3 breaks - 2 x PAID 15 min, 1 x UNPAID LUNCH 30min Online payslips accessed via MYTBC Portal Full onsite daily support from The Best Connection team
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Canteen
- Induction Training
- Oncall Support
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
