Day & Night Shifts

Hours Per Week: 36 - 48

Shift Times: 8:00-8:00

Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) role:
  • You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
  • Valid UK NMC PIN
  • Recent experience within a Nursing Home environment
  • Clear DBS

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) within the Nursing Home involves:
  • Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
  • Carrying out assessments and evaluations
  • Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
  • Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
  • Mentoring junior member of staff
  • Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
