- You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Valid UK NMC PIN
- Recent experience within a Nursing Home environment
- Clear DBS

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) within the Nursing Home involves:
- Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
- Carrying out assessments and evaluations
- Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
- Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
- Mentoring junior member of staff
- Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
