Qualifications
- Level 3 Health and Social Care or above
- Proven experience in a similar role within a residential care setting, with a thorough understanding of care regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of care and support staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on promoting inclusivity and diversity within the workplace.

Day-to-Day
- Support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the care home for individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome.
- Assist in the management of staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and providing leadership and support to care and support teams.
- Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring that residents' individual needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the care home, promoting equality and embracing the unique backgrounds and experiences of all residents and staff.
- Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to provide holistic and person-centered care to residents.
