- Demonstrated leadership experience in a care management role within the context of a care home setting.

Day-to-Day
- Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the care home, encompassing staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Devise and execute personalized care plans that prioritize and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each resident within our care home.
- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing guidance to a diverse and dedicated care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care services.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to comprehensively address the individual needs and aspirations of each resident.
- Assume accountability for the financial and administrative facets of the care home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards, continuously striving to ensure that the care home not only meets but exceeds industry benchmarks.
