Qualifications
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a care management role within the context of a care home setting.
  • Profound comprehension of regulatory necessities and best practices within the care home industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on cultivating positive and supportive relationships.
  • Passionate commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home environment.
  • Act as a staunch advocate for both residents and staff, fostering a culture of transparent communication and unwavering support within the care home community.

Day-to-Day
  • Oversee and coordinate all daily operations of the care home, encompassing staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Devise and execute personalized care plans that prioritize and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each resident within our care home.
  • Recruit, train, and provide ongoing guidance to a diverse and dedicated care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to comprehensively address the individual needs and aspirations of each resident.
  • Assume accountability for the financial and administrative facets of the care home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards, continuously striving to ensure that the care home not only meets but exceeds industry benchmarks.
