Summary

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a regulatory body in search of a temporary Office based in Manchester to provide administrative and secretarial services.

This is a Temporary ongoing position on a hybrid basis, working from the Manchester office at least twice a week.

The temporary Office Admin will be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive, reliable, efficient, and digitally advanced support service for several corporate governance groups
  • Managing administration for the Corporate Office, including liaising with Board members (including Non-Executive Directors), Executive Assistants
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures to exploit the opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence to enhance administrative functions across the business - including note and action taking, information retrieval, scheduling, and administrative workflow automation
  • Create how-to guides for the use of AI in administrative functions across the business and supporting staff to use new products

The temporary Office Admin will need to have:

  • High level of knowledge or experience of administrative procedures and tooling, managing teams and demanding deadlines
  • Expert knowledge and experienced user of IT systems and software e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of basic financial procedures.
