Summary

We are looking for an HR Advisor who can:

·Build influential relationships with stakeholders so that people issues and opportunities are identified and strategised
·Support and coach managers on all areas of employee relations
·Maintain administration processes across the whole employee life cycle, including stringent security clearances
·Manage employee benefits
·Take ownership of Health & Safety within the business
·Work on projects within the HR department, for instance career pathways to promote development from within

To be successful in this HR Advisor role you will need:
·Experience of managing disciplinaries, grievances and capability processes
·CIPD Level 5 or already be working towards it
·Experience of managing all parts of the employee life cycle
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·An understanding of, or the aptitude to quickly learn about cyber security
This role is based in comfortable offices in central Cheltenham, with working hours of 9:30am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday. A salary of £35,000pa (pro rata in the region of £23,000) is offered, plus benefits and genuine career growth prospects as the business continues to grow. Interested? Apply now!
