We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Legal Services team as a Personal Assistant.

The Legal Services team provides legal advice and support, compliance, and general risk management insight across the entire University, working with colleagues in academic schools and professional services teams.

The role is ideal for an administrative support professional with experience of working in a legal environment.

The successful candidate will manage diaries, triage new work, administer case management systems, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, assist with budget tracking and expense reports, and organise seminars, workshops, conferences, and other events.
