We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team in Coxheath The successful candidate must have a valid CSCS Card and provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a short term project and we are looking for individuals who can commit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labour duties on the construction site.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work well in a team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the job site.
  • Assist with various tasks as required by the project.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Own PPE, including safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Previous experience in construction or labourer roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
