Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high voltage (HV) systems, capable of maintaining and improving our facilities. You will be working on a continental shift pattern, ensuring operational efficiency and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimise downtime.
  • Monitor and operate HV systems safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise plant performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Shift Engineer, preferably in an HV environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work on a continental shift pattern.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications.
