More detail about the role To provide a high quality reception, telephone handling, advice and appointment service and assist professional staff with Clerical and Administrative duties to assist the Managers and Clinicians to ensure that the service is efficiently organised and effectively delivered. You will work alongside our Admin and Reception team to provide high quality reception and administration support to include dealing with patient enquiries, arranging appointments, dealing with all associated administration including processing payments and updating our electronic waiting lists and medical records system. The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Clinical team with general clerical and administrative duties. A calm and professional approach, along with excellent keyboard skills are essential for this role. You will need to be able to work efficiently in a busy Clinical setting. Experience of working with patients in a Dental or Clinical setting would be advantageous. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00, Fridays 08:30 - 16:30. (30 hours would be considered for the right candidate).
