Healthwatch is all about local voices being able to influence the delivery and design of health and care services. Not just for the people who use them now, but anyone who might need to in the future.
Job Description
In this role you will be engaging with local people to gather their views and experiences of using health and social care services to ensure their voices are heard, You will be responsible for creating our ongoing social media presence relating to the work of Healthwatch Wirral and be pivotal in supporting the organisation, promotion and running of events in our communities to listen to the views of local people on health and social care issues as well as seeking out opportunities to gather local feedback.
Salary - £25,000 per annum pro rata
Hours - 16 hours per week
The post is for an initial six-month period, working 16 hours per week. We anticipate that this role may continue if further funding is sourced.
This exciting new post is required to provide community engagement working with ‘harder to be heard’ people and organisations, for Healthwatch Wirral. The post holder will also design and promote the work of Healthwatch Wirral using social media.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday 27th August 2024 and the post will commence mid-end September 2024, subject to notice.
