Shift Patterns

We're dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, so shift patterns will include early mornings, days and evenings. Weekends, public holidays, waking nights and sleepovers would also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

The sleepover part of your shift isn't included in your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £96 for every sleepover you work. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus £20 per night.
