Summary


The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the national body responsible for all matters relating to the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crime across the NHS. Further information about our work and annual plan for delivering this is available on our website.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team responsible for designing and delivering specialist counter fraud training to NHSCFA people and external stakeholders who support the fight against fraud and other economic crime within the NHS. The role is vital to supporting the work of the Academy.

To work as part of the Specialist Training team to develop, maintain and
support delivery of virtual and face to face courses, workshops, and
webinars.

Responsible for providing the first point of contact for internal and external
queries regarding the provision of learning and development.

Dealing with questions and directing callers/queries raised to the relevant
guidance / information documents /websites.

Maintenance of internal and external training material.
Make independent decisions in their area of work ensuring objectives are met.

We have offices based in Coventry, Newcastle and London and offer flexible, hybrid, office and home-based working. In addition to the advertised salary working in the London area will attract High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate. Work closely and effectively with all colleagues within Fraud Hub & Operations to ensure an integrated and consistent approach.

work is undertaken about confidentiality.
