Summary
The Growth Company’s Facilities team have an exciting new opportunity for a Receptionist & Building Assistant who will assist the Building Co-ordinator and provide day to day co-ordination of all building and reception services at Warren Bruce Court.

Key Responsibilities
Provide appropriate cover and ensure reception is covered between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
Ensure that all visitors are acknowledged promptly with excellent customer service, which exceeds customer expectations.
To assist with keeping the building standards maintained, repairs / maintenance activity is logged an actioned to keep the building to a high standard.
Administration of key company systems, e.g. room bookings.
Monitor the reception / training rooms to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.
Log Cleaning issues / premises faults maintaining standards.
To help develop / deliver marketing material activity using a variety of media including social networks to help promote the building.
Control tenant / visitor car parking ensuring the appropriate spaces are monitored throughout the day to provide a seamless service
Monitor all visitors to the centre, ensuring the signing in / out book is used to adhere to Health and Safety Regulations.
Update / monitor the Clarion system to ensure the security of all areas is maintained.
To help with the daily walkaround and building checks, including taking direct action to own and resolve issues
To assist the building coordinator, gather information for the annual PPM maintenance for the building and ensuring planned maintenance happens
About you
Previous experience is desirable.
Strong customer focus.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Experience of dealing with and managing third party suppliers
Able to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills.
A great deal of tact and diplomacy, whilst remaining assertive.
Dependability, reliability, and the willingness to take responsibility for your own work and cover for others.
Be enthusiastic, flexible, adaptable, and committed to succeed
Have a positive, can-do, hands-on attitude and outlook
Ability to deal with people from different environments and at all levels.
