Summary
Role: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Dalmarnock - Office based
Hours: 35 hours per week
Start Date: Dependant on internal clearance process
Duration: 6 months
Pay: £15.50 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and source candidates through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and decide on the best channels to market.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches.
- Stay up to date with market conditions and provide market intelligence reporting.
- Effectively source candidates for specific police staff roles using a variety of direct sourcing tools and techniques.
- Use a range of IT systems for intranet and internet functionalities to create, amend, prepare, publish, and edit recruitment adverts and all associated recruitment documents.
- Work across multiple disciplines and client groups.
- Grow and maintain networks of potential candidates.
- Attend industry events and recruitment events.
- Conduct initial screening of sourced candidates.
- Maintain engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide advisory services for Hiring Managers during the direct sourcing stages of the recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support across a range of selection assessment stages as required.
- Assess and self-manage risk within all aspects of the role.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Educated to SQA Higher level or equivalent with a background in internal or agency recruitment, OR extensive experience working within a direct sourcing environment where no formal qualifications exist.
- Experience with job boards such as Broadbean and LinkedIn.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of the job, often at short notice.
