The Job:
My client is seeking a Field Service Technician, to cover the sales territory of North Yorkshire and Lancashire.
The Candidate:
- Experience of service work within the agricultural industry
- Proven record of outstanding customer relations
- Fluent in English with good communication skills at all levels, demonstrating excellent verbal, written and IT skills.
- Technical and mechanical knowledge
- Interest in animal husbandry and milk production
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Take a personal responsibility to deliver what has been agreed
- Display leadership ability
- Make informed decisions when changes are deemed necessary
- Cross functional team worker with good cooperation
- Confident and commercially aware
- Helps colleagues with the best interests of the customer
- High standard of workmanship whilst implementing Health & Safety
