RMN Deputy Manager Overview:
Cureyoursearch are pleased to represent a fabulous nursing and care provider in the North of England, who have an opportunity for an experienced RMN to join a highly skilled and committed team within a CQC 'Good' rated home situated in Southport. To support the Registered Manager in providing a high level of care and nursing services to residents.
The RMN will work 40 hours per week, with 2 nursing shifts and 2 supernumerary shifts. The RMN Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager, leading and directing the care team, monitoring the delivery of care and promoting therapeutic activity and wellbeing of residents.
The RMN Deputy Manager Candidate:
- Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Experience of working as part of a team and in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The RMN Deputy Manager Package Includes:
- Pay rate up to £23.00 per hour

The RMN Deputy Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
