Coppersmith Recruitment and Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced End of Tenancy Cleaner to join our team in St Albans. The ideal candidate will have a background in end of tenancy work and possess the ability to work independently while adhering to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Hold a clean UK driving licence.
Can commute to and around St Alban area.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Dust and wipe down surfaces
Clean windows and mirrors
Restock supplies as needed
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
