The Service Delivery team provides support to our operational and sales functions ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and contracts to clients, and ensuring the highest possible level of service is provided and maintained for the duration of the relationship.
Establishing and maintaining both customer and internal relationships matching the needs of the client to the operational capabilities of the business.
The Service Delivery Admin Support role provides reporting and administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring the generation and delivery of reports, responses to enquiries, both internal and external within the guidelines of our client relationships and SLA’s are met continually.



Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager – you will be the primary inbound contact for our clients’ service requirements via our service portal. These requests need to be directed within our business to our various service divisions, logistics, operational processing, engineering and warehousing. It will then be necessary to monitor and ensure we are responding to these requests within the contract SLA’s providing a high level of service.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage data from our systems to ensure the accuracy and layout for onward delivery into reports to our client. These reports form the basis of our SLA’s and are critical to ensuring we support our business, clients and their wider relationships. Accuracy of data, meeting deadlines along with the ability to create open and positive relationships, is the key to being successful in this role.
The above will be required in varying quantities depending on the service, client type and project / contract type.



ABOUT YOU

Minimum 3 years’ experience in either an administration or customer service role
Excellent Windows and Office skills, particularly Excel
Good attention to detail
IT knowledge useful but not essential
Team player with ability to work independently.
