Summary
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join the team at Mental Health Service.
To provide highly specialist nursing care within the Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, in particular in the multi-disciplinary team approach to the management of clients in the service with neuro-developmental disorders. The individual will build close working relationships with all agencies that interplay in the care of these young people. They will monitor the treatment of young people in the delivery of integrated pathways
