Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Supervisor to join an existing fast paced team within our facilities division at Bespoke Facilities Management LTD a Company that is an equal opportunities employer.
We are looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor to join our existing team working at Cranfield Innovation Centre located on University Way. The successful candidate will be reliable and have good attention to detail.
The Tech Park is home to nearly 60 science, technology and knowledge-based businesses, ranging from start up companies through to internationally recognised brands such as Nissan European Technical Centre.
As the cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for tenant and client liaison, along with ordering stock, employee management and site point of contact.
The role consists of:
• Dusting/cleaning of all office surfaces.
• Dusting/cleaning of all reception areas and meeting rooms.
• Cleaning of the office kitchen area and replenishment of consumables.
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas.
• Cleaning of toilets and replenish consumables.
• Mopping of all hard floor surfaces.
• Emptying bins.
• Fixtures & fittings.
The role includes:
• £13.25 per hour.
• Monday to Friday - 3 Hours 18:00 to 21:00
• Total 15 hrs per week plus overtime available.
• Monthly pay.
• Training and uniform provided.
• Regular overtime available.
• Sickness and holiday cover available.
• Pension Scheme Available.
