Just like our children, our waiting list is growing! RAFAKidz Abbey Wood opened in January 2024 and we already have a phenomenal demand for children’s places! As one of 15 settings in the RAFAKidz family, Abbey Wood currently has 30 staff and 83 children and every day, in each of our nurseries, we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.
As a qualified practitioner, you will have an understanding of the responsibilities of the role however we do encourage you read the full role profile which is available to view on our website www.rafakidz.org.uk We have exciting plans to develop our Forest Schools and rolling out new initiatives and we’d love to hear your ideas too!

We understand if can be difficult to attend an interview if you need to take time off work so we offer flexible interview arrangements which can include either an early evening interview, or online. Following a successful interview we will guide you through an easy and speedy onboarding process, fully engaging with you with regular updates.
