Summary

The Pre-School Centre at Lancaster University has an exciting opportunity to join our Outstanding Pre-School Centre.

We welcome applications from Level 2 and Level 3 Early Educators and those undertaking or wishing to undertake an Early Years apprenticeship.

This is a great opportunity to join an Outstanding Early Years Education setting, with the successful candidate joining a team of experienced and enthusiastic practitioners, who are dedicated and committed to the delivery of high-quality individualised learning for each child who attends the Centre.

The Pre-School Centre is open approximately 48 weeks of the year with closures at Easter, Christmas and all Bank Holidays. It caters for approximately 200 children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years.

Based on the stunning Lancaster University campus the staff and children make full use of the facilities afforded to them across the campus, with visits to the Eco-Hub, Cinema and Orchards to name but a few.

You will be passionate about Early Years, have some knowledge about child development and be able to engage in offering an exciting and inspiring curriculum for the children in our care.

All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS.
