We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to jointly support the entire recruitment process. You can expect to
get involved with:

* Creation of job descriptions and adverts
* Supporting Hiring Managers to shortlist and interview
* Confirm offers of employment and the hand over of candidates to our Compliance team to commence pre-employment checks.
* Ensure candidates are updated on their application in a timely manner
* Support with recruitment events and job fairs
* Update and maintain our ATS, ensuring data integrity at all times.

You will need to be highly organised and able to work at pace; as to be expected in recruitment, this is a fast-paced role and at
times, can require excellent prioritisation skills to support the needs of the organisation. You will need to keep calm under
pressure and remain quality focussed at all times. You should pride yourself on your ability to multi-task and your ability to
keep excellent records through excellent administration skills.

We are looking to see that you have some experience working in a customer services or admin based role where you will have gained
transferrable skills for this role as a minimum. If you have already gained experience in a recruitment role, this would be an
advantage, although not essential.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we seek to save the organisation recruitment costs by recruiting as many roles through our
direct methods wherever possible; with a commercial awareness, you will share in our determination to maximise every direct route
possible to identify our future employees.

YMCA Robin Hood group operates in 6 key locations across the East Midlands and East Riding; Nottingham, Newark, Mansfield,
Sutton-in-Ashfield, Worksop, Goole & Selby. Our Recruitment Team works predominately between our 2 key locations in Nottingham
(within the Malt Cross pub!) or Newark (within our Activity & Community Village). Our hybrid working policy allows for 1 day
working from home once you are full trained. We do ask for some flexibility to meet the demands of the organisation – this may
include some evenings and weekends but always with plenty of notice.

You must have your own car and be able to drive. You might be expected to travel to any of our locations to support their
recruitment activity although we do not expect this to be more than once month.

This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (paid for by YMCA) and registration with the DBS Update Service. We
reserve the right to withdraw this role before the closing date should we be able to appoint to the role.
