The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support their Head Teacher. This is a critical role requiring exceptional administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head Teacher.
  • Manage the Head Teacher's diary, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies on behalf of the Head Teacher.
  • Organise school events and functions as required.
