Summary

Our client, an independent chartered insurance brokerage based in central Worcester, is seeking an experienced Account Handler to join their team. The successful candidate will manage accounts primarily consisting of Property Owners and Personal Lines business, ensuring top-notch client service and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurers.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing accounts and demonstrating the company's core values: Personal Service, Integrity, Value for Money, and Expertise. You will work closely with colleagues and the claims team to maintain high service standards. Additionally, you will broker new business and renewals, negotiate with insurers as necessary, and manage renewal lists to ensure timely preparation of terms.

To be considered for this position, candidates should have at least 1 year of insurance experience, particularly in Commercial Property Owners and Personal Lines Household. Our client is looking for a team player with a collaborative spirit who is keen to start or is already working towards their Cert CII, someone interested in pursuing a career within the insurance industry.
