IPS Group are exclusively assisting an independent, family-run insurance brokerage that has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker in Buckingham.

Specialising in a diverse array of commercial lines encompassing various risk sizes, typically ranging between £5,000 and £15,000 GWP, with their largest client exceeding £150,000, they identify themselves as a "Mid-Market Broker" providing a personalised service and prioritising face-to-face client meetings. Operating as a traditional broker, they handle every risk placement.

Your primary role will involve supporting the Account Executives and Director, within a tightly-knit team where members collaborate and assist each other as needed. The atmosphere is characterised by a genuine sense of camaraderie - a blend of relaxation and diligent work ethic. You'll even dip in and help out with claims on the occasion.
