This role is ideal for both seasoned Account Executives and ambitious New Business Bevelopers looking to make a significant impact.
Our client is focused on new business development within the property sector, with additional opportunities in commercial sectors for those with relevant experience. They are flexible in their approach to hiring, open to bringing on either two Executives or an Executive and a Business Development Executive, depending on the candidates' suitability.
For those managing existing business, there is the potential to inherit a book of business with an income ranging from £100,000 to £150,000, depending on experience. This diverse client base is spread nationally, providing a broad scope for engagement and growth.
New business development will involve a blend of self-sourced leads and support from the company's lead generation team. First-year targets are set between £40,000 and £50,000, tailored to the individual's experience and capabilities. To support client visits and business development activities, the role includes a car allowance.
The ideal candidates will possess a strong track record in new business generation or substantial experience as an Account Executive, ready to manage and expand an existing portfolio. Experience in the property and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
