Summary

We're recruiting Support Workers to join our team!

- £11.66 per hour / Earn up to £27,617.74.

- Coltishall, Norwich but with the flexibility to cover other homes in the Norwich area.

- Full time or part time hours available.

- Full UK driving licence with own car is essential.

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers for Coltishall and other areas. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

The role will involve:

You will support people in their own homes and share responsibilities and duties with other colleagues; you may be working in pairs with some lone working. Some of the people we support may display behaviours of distress at times. We will offer full and thorough training on behavioural support and all other aspects of the role. Although you will be based at Coltishall you will be expected to cover in Buxton, Norwich and Melton Constable as required.

Shift patterns:

Most shifts are a mixture of long days, earlies and late's, sleep ins are also a requirement. Full and Part time positions available!

The duties are varied, and every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, developing daily living skills, administering medication, and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.

Be prepared to work flexibly. This could include working some weekends, waking nights or sleep-ins if required and bank holidays. This will be discussed with you during the interview process, and you will be matched to people we support in line with hours and patterns of shifts you are able to work.
