Summary
Ideal Recruit are currently looking for Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Skelmersdale. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, maintaining inventory levels, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
4 on 4 off 7pm-7am £13.50p/h
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement efficient inventory management practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
• Any other reasonable duties as required.
