The school is looking to take on a permanent SEMH Maths Teacher from September on a full-time basis. The successful SEMH Maths Teacher will be working directly with students across all Key Stages, whose ages range from 11 – 18 years. Most of the young people are diagnosed with conditions such as SEMH, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
The successful SEMH Maths Teacher will have:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically SEMH, ASD, ADHD
• A passion for supporting children through therapeutic and individualized educational practices
