Team Member (Food & Drink)
Location: Dudley
Pay rate: £11.45 per hour
Contact: Part-time
Hours: Saturday & Sunday - 15 hours (peak) and 12.5 hours (off-peak)
The Black Country Living Museum is seeking a customer-focused Food and Drink Team Member to join the Enterprise Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Museums front line, where you’ll be helping customers transcend into the past by creating a seamless customer service experience.
What will you be doing?
• Providing positive and inclusive first level over the counter customer service.
• Preparing and serving food and drinks in compliance with Museum standards.
• Handing cash/card payments and operating tills.
• Monitoring and replenishing stock.
• Maintaining the highest standard of hygiene and health & safety.
• Providing support during Museum events.
What are we looking for?
• Respectful and confident people skills.
• Enthusiasm and or experience for offering high level customer service.
• Flexible approach to work and hours of work.
• Confident IT Skills and or experience of EPOS
• A willingness to undertake Food Safety (Level 2), Health & Safety (Level 2), and Barista Training.
