  • Take part in general responsibilities, including attending staff meetings, overseeing children's well-being, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with curriculum-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant NVQ2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience working as a teaching/classroom assistant.
  • Demonstrate current knowledge and understanding of educational practices and procedures related to the welfare, safety, and education of children.
  • Exhibit the ability to establish positive relationships with both children and adults.
  • Be an adaptable, motivated, and emotionally resilient team player.
