Requirements:
- Hold a relevant NVQ2 or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working as a teaching/classroom assistant.
- Demonstrate current knowledge and understanding of educational practices and procedures related to the welfare, safety, and education of children.
- Exhibit the ability to establish positive relationships with both children and adults.
- Be an adaptable, motivated, and emotionally resilient team player.
