Summary
The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a warehouse operative / delivery driver to join our client in Widnes on a temporary to permanent basis.
Our client distributes essential products across the area.
The Job:
- Pick and prepare stock for delivery.
- Deliver stock as required or as instructed.
- Deliver and install products
- Work as part of a team within all aspects of the business.
- Organise Stock and keep the warehouse in a clean, tidy and workable
- condition.
- Actively control location and condition of stock.
- Check in and record stock as it arrives.
- Make sure all stock is recorded and located in the correct place.
- FLT counterbalance work
- Check in stock and record
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a UK driving licence with no points
Experience of working in a warehouse
Available to work away overnight if necessary
IT & Administration skills
Good customer Service and communication skills.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Be available for early starts and late finishes as per the company's
requirements.
A Valid counterbalance license is required for this role.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9am until 5.15pm ( hours may vary depending on the volume of work)
£11.79 per hour.
£12.31 per hour once permanent.
