This is a real chance to explore a new specialism and develop professionally for the right candidate.

You will be an integral part of the team providing continued care from hospital to home and beyond, providing pre-operative counselling and siting, post-operative ward teaching, discharge planning, and follow up outpatient nurse-led clinics. The role will involve working in close partnership with patients, their families and the Multidisciplinary Teams in the hospital trust and community, providing evidence based, compassionate, expert stoma nursing care.
