Salary: £16.59 - £24.00 per hour plus holiday pay (dependant on skills, qualifications and experience)

We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lecturers in Automotive to join our team on a variable hour's basis at our Chippenham and Trowbridge campus.

Lecturer in Automotive - The Role:

As a Lecturer in Automotive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Level 1 and Level 2 Automotive courses. Your real-world expertise and practical insights will be crucial in preparing our students for thriving careers in this fast-paced industry.

Lecturer in Automotive - Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Educate: Share your industry knowledge and insights with our eager students.
  • Engage and Motivate: Deliver engaging and relevant teaching, learning, and assessment experiences.
  • Innovate: Develop creative schemes of work and lesson plans that captivate and educate.
  • Support: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborate: Work with industry partners to enhance our curriculum and offer valuable work placement opportunities.

Lecturer in Automotive - You:

We're looking for individuals who have:

  • Industry Expertise: Substantial experience in Automotive.
  • Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to share your expertise and help others succeed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Further Education Experience: Experience in Further Education is desirable but not essential.
