We are seeking a motivated individual to join our investment research team as a trainee administrator. This role involves close collaboration with Financial Advisers to facilitate the provision of financial advice to their clients. The position is fast-paced, requiring adherence to agreed timeframes. Comprehensive personal training and development will be provided, making this role ideal for someone aspiring to advance within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process new cases
- Download and categorize files into appropriate folders
- Verify the accuracy of documents
- Generate system documentation
- Liaise with Advisers and Providers to gather necessary information
- Verify Provider information and upload it to the back-office system
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in using back-office systems
- Ability to collate and process information within specified timeframes
- Strong organizational skills to manage own diary and prioritize workload
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Keen interest in starting a career in financial services
