Summary

This role is fixed term to cover sickness until 28th February 2025.

Our vision is to provide effective and holistic programmes that would transform the lives of our tenants, enabling them to live independent lives in their communities.
Housing Support Services are a busy housing support service, as a Support Worker no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a fun, friendly team who support a number of individuals all with different support needs. Your main aim will be supporting the individuals with their day to day needs which include shopping, finances, assisting to prepare meals, appointments and accessing the community.
You will be working in collaboration with agencies/professionals within the wider community to enhance our capabilities to achieve our goals.
You will work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, you will be expected to complete sleep ins as part of the shift pattern. Additional allowances and increments are paid for this.
You will receive excellent training, opportunities for development and have a helpful team behind you to support you every step of the way.

Applicants must hold Level 2 qualification in care or equivalent and have experience of working in a supportive environment.
