QuickSTAT, a Kuehne+Nagel company is recruiting for 2 Warehouse Cold Chain Operatives to join their nightshift team in Colnbrook.
YOUR ROLE
This role is responsible for maintaining the required stock levels of QuickSTAT's packing solutions, temperature monitoring devices & GPS tracker inventory. You will complete all Warehouse activities in conjunction with QuickSTAT's documented procedures. There will be a need to enter a temperature controlled environment during each shift due to the Pharmaceutical products however PPE will be provided.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be handling time critical & temperature sensitive consignments as well as Specialist (Biopharma) Courier Operations.
- Temperature Controlled Packaging / Shipping.
- Cleaning, quality checks, conditioning, assembly & internal computer system updates relating to QuickSTAT's PCM inventory.
- Responsibility for the conditioning, activation, and stock control of QuickSTAT's temperature monitoring device inventory.
- Work in conjunction with related departments and line manager to resolve identified discrepancies / queries.
- Undertake cleaning duties to ensure highest level of facility hygiene standards maintained.
- Prepare & replenish QuickSTAT's dry ice consignments in conjunction with client requirements.
- Operation of material handling equipment for the purpose of loading & unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Fork lift truck license
- Warehouse experience including picking & packing
- Teamwork skills and self-motivated
- Planning and organizing
- Excellent time management and communication
- Good computer skills ie: Outlook and data entry
- Ability to work successfully under pressure.
- Identify cost saving opportunities.
- Problem-solving
