£18,081 rising by annual increments to £18,693 - part time equivalent based on 28 hours per week

Hours: 28 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Location: The role will be based at Poundbury Support Offices in Dorchester with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend Poundbury Support Offices approximately 1-2 days a week for key activities and meetings.

As a Water Supplies Administrative Assistant in our Assets Department you will:
Assist the team in the scheduling Hydrant Inspections and share relevant schedules with our team of Fire Hydrant Technicians.
Forward hydrant defects and schemes to the water companies in a timely manner.
Act as a main point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

You will have previous experience of carrying out administrative tasks and be a competent user of MS Office programmes.

You must have a full current driving licence and be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. Use of your own vehicle will be required.
