Summary

The role will be responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the Signalong accounts and organising a range of administrative and management-related tasks, depending on current requirements.

This involves (but is not limited to) dealing with the bookkeeping and stock control and other general associated duties.
· Maintain bookkeeping system through monthly financial reports and administer the budget; monitor and record office expenditure; schedule expenditure and prepare expense reports;
· Process accounts receivable and accounts payable; perform account; reconciliations and analyse variances; initiate corrective actions; follow up on overdue accounts using SAGE 50/ Xero;
· Deal with PAYE, pension scheme and preparing payroll;
· Review and approve supply requisitions; pay suppliers within expected timescales;
· Manage petty cash and ensure payment of utility bills;
· Stock control; monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; research suppliers for pricing and delivery options; review and recommend to the CEO supply acquisitions;
· Credit Control;
· Maintaining the Sage Database of Customers, Suppliers, Products, Stock, etc.;
· Produce Month end reports for the CEO and Board;
Office management
· Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
· Manage filing systems;
· Maintain and update sales database;
· Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records;
· Produce printed materials
