Summary

The Admissions Team is looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Enquiries and Admissions Co-ordinator, providing support for the admissions service. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for all enquiries from prospective students, agents and advisors via email and telephone, and you will play a pivotal role in supporting the application and recruitment process.

You will be working with enquirers and applicants, as well as colleagues across the University, to ensure that we provide excellent customer-focused support, in the recruitment and conversion of students. You should have excellent IT, communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to produce accurate work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.  

As part of this role, you will also be involved with facilitating the application process more broadly, supporting with scholarship decisions, data upkeep and other tasks to assist the team in providing an outstanding experience to our applicants.

This role is offered on a part-time, temporary basis. The role is hybrid with both on-campus and home working, and flexible working arrangements can be considered.
